A: KeyPay is available in Australia, New Zealand, the UK, Singapore and Malaysia.

Q: Is there a minimum or maximum number of employees I can use KeyPay for?
A: No, KeyPay is available for any number of employees. KeyPay customers range from sole traders to businesses with over 3,000 employees.

Q: What accounting packages do you integrate with?
A: Currently we have direct integration support for QuickBooks Online, Saasu, Xero, and NetSuite. We also allow you to define a custom chart of accounts which allows you to download journal entries as a CSV or PDF file for exporting into other accounting systems.

Q: Are there any additional costs to processing automated super payments?
A: Quarterly automated super payments are available to all users and are included in your subscription costs. Additional super payments are charged at $0.25 per employee per batch.
